We collect the following data when you use Sportli: • Account data: name, email address, phone number, and date of birth • Profile data: photos, sport(s), level, bio, and location (city/region) • Usage data: app activity, swipes, matches, chat messages, and workout data • Device data: IP address, device type, operating system, and app version • Payment data: when purchasing Sportli+, payments are processed by certified payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

We use your data for: • Creating and managing your account • Showing relevant sports profiles in your area • Facilitating matches and chat conversations • Improving and personalizing your app experience • Sending notifications (you can disable these) • Complying with legal obligations

We never sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with: • Other Sportli users: your profile information is visible to other users through the swipe feed • Service providers: trusted partners who help us operate the app (hosting, payments, analytics) • Authorities: when legally required or to protect our users

We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account: • Your profile and account data is deleted within 30 days • Chat messages are anonymized • Certain data may be retained longer if legally required (up to 7 years for financial records)
